ANSWER 1:
In past job i am working as support team in some local channel network.(my job is to give connections where ever required) In last rainy season we received an complaint from our customer that hsi connection was lost. Actually he made complaint before 24 hours but our support team didnt reach us in time, but we dont know that matter then when we reached the customer he was more angry on us, and he eventually come to us to pu nish us with his words, and he didnt accept our service to rectify there problem. On the same time our head team also puting pressure on us to solve the problem otherwise we have to pay for the situations. After a long time (about 2 hours12pm-2.30pm) i came to know that in the same street my friend had staying. Then with the help of my friend i contacted the customer and make him cool and completed the service. This is the situation that i have faced most stressful from the both ends.
ANSWER 2:
Presently i am working as a recovery agent for some organisation. I want to reach the daily targets. With the help of calling team we want to reach the target for daily. In some situations some customers make us promise to pay at same time but in different areas on that time we have to make customers to extend some more time like 15-20 minutes then we have to collect from customer and we want to reach as early as possible to other even it is far away we have to make it to reach the daily targets. Even if we collect 2 customers at a short time then it is easy for us to reach our target easily.
