Answer: Internet became one of the part in our daily life and it entirely changes the life of people in the business world. In early 2000s, the online registers of the new users have been increasing daily at the rate of 30% per year, and the world is connected to the Internet by 40% which show the growth of the Internet. Internet uasge has been increaed via mobile phones or smart phones, which leads to stop the growth eventually.

Answer: Physical storefront is less convinent while comparing to the online purchasing because the customer find more easier in purchasing product of their like in the internet than the physical storefront. The customers who tends to purchase from the online stores can compare the price of the quality, quality of the product, shipping cost, pros and cons of the product etc. The online merchants should develop their site with more innovation in attracting customers, things should be done for their ranking higher in the search engines, the services to be promoted in useful ways, no more attention should be shown on the part of selling, motivate the browsers to become their online buyers, online products are to be supported by the media.
