1(i) E-COMMERCE- Buying or selling of goods and services using the internet is termed as e-commerce. These may include electronic fund transfer, internet marketing, online transactions, etc.
E-buiness- On the other hand, when the netire business is conducted over the internet in an electronic manner it is termed as e-business. These include electronic supplies, payments, merketing, etc.
(ii) Intranet is a networking system where people who are directly linked/ connected to this network can access the information or data stored in the servers through this network. It is a subset of the internet. They are mainly used for members within a single organization.
Extranet on the other hand is the mixture of intranet and extranet. Though it is a private network like the intranet, it can also be accessed by certain groups of people outside the network area. They are mainly used by members between cross- organization.

(iii) B2B- selling/buying products and services from one business to another. Example are businesses that manufacture products sold in Walmart stores.
B2C- - selling products and services from business to a customer directly. Amazon is an example for this model. Restaurants are good example of such a model
B2B2C is a business model that combines B2B and B2C. Here businesses sell products to customers by partnering with a third party that is a consumer-oriented product and service businesses
C2B- In this model a consumer is selling something to a business. Example, Blog owner sells advertisement space to a business on their blog.
B2E- This is business-to-employee, it i sa model in which the focus of business is the employee
C2C- they are customer to customer business where a customer can sell goods and services to another customer. Ebay would be a perfect example for such a model.
1(iv) Web 2.0 technologies are a way defining how people share their perspectives, opinions, thoughts and experiences over the internet.
