5. I have been a regular customer of McDonald’s, as I like their burgers and French fries.

8. Signage was seen from the street, and no letter was missing. Though it was not attractive and it was not clean.
9. Landscaping was in a good condition, and the level of care given to grounds outside the business building was also good. Trees, bushes, flowers and lawn looked healthy and attractive and was giving a positive impression.
10. Cleanliness of glass doors and windows was up to the mark, as cleaners were cleaning it on a regular basis and that’s why they were smudge and streak free. The building façade and the doorway was in very good condition, when I entered.
11. Yes, and I was warmly asked to visit to the counter for the order.
12. Yes, the personnel acted in a friendly, professional manner and they were appropriately and neatly attired.
13. It was a good interaction with the personnel, as he treated me with courtesy and respect. Adding to that he had enough knowledge regarding the products, because of that he suggested me to go for a meal instead of ordering solo orders which saved some money of mine.
14. I just asked for some extra sachet of tomato sauce, which I was given.
15. yes, the cashier was very accurate and professional and thanked me and invited to return to the store, while returning the balance cash.
16. Though the products were in a good condition and clean, the aisle and shelves was not in good condition as they were not that clean. As far as display areas, like lighting, flooring, fixtures and the register area was in a good condition and was clean as well.

18. Yes, there was a wait time to purchase items. All registers were opened, but the store was crowded so there was a wait time.
