As a software developer, you should always be open to change. Requests for changes in projects are inevitable and as our sole objective to help our customers, their change reqests must be dealt with very seriously and implemented as efficiently as possible, Small changes in the software could reflect largely if you look at the bigger picture and when consumed or used on a large scale. Unless there is some redundancy in the proposed change, the changes need to be made and well documented. A formal process should be present for changing the project as everyone should be aware of the changes and the implications of such changes.
