Polaris is american is multi product manufacturer which manufacture snowmobiles, ATV, electirc vehicles.polaris adopted the stragtegy to invest in those people who have leadership qualities. it changes its organizational sturcture to keep up with the leadership team to achieve long term strategey.

at first polaris only manufacture snowmobiles but after some time it analyse the market & find that there is an opportunity in motorcycle manufacturing at that time. so polaris assess the opportunity & make all the research & gather all the resources to make that opportunity beneficial for the polaris. polaris setup a susidiary called victory motorcycle & manufacture the sport motorcycles which were directly in competition with harley davidson.

the success of the polaris is beacuse of expanding the product line which also compliements its products. polaris purchase victory motorcycle & also indian motorcyle company.

polaris company create an opportunity to make its own in house engines to cut down the cost.

polaris based its strategic planning to make its product line expanded in many countries.

polaris based its plans or leadership qualities flexible so that changes can be made according to the situation.
