After reading the case , i find two interesting things in relation to the business ethics . These are :
1) Promote justic to marginalized people / expolited people at workplace.
2) To help the poor :
An organization which is working for poor people can be said as a philanthropic organization . Even , it provides a good brand value in the marketplace. Ethically , it is the responsibility of the organization to help the people residing its locality.
I believe in ethical principles of justice and philanthropy . I know that an integrated approach to ethical and value based considerations help an organization to set moral character of its people . It enables it to take decision which provides justice to every one . Workplace justice means people are given equal treatment and services based on laws and justice.
Philanthropic principle tells us that working for huminities and mankind should be our ultimate goals.
Corporations like Microsoft, Wipro, Apple etc. are working to protect the indigenous people, poor people and other marginalized people across the globe.
