constantine was the first roman emperor who converted to christianity .he played an influential role in the proclamation of edict of milan in 313 who declared religious tolerance for christianity in the roman empire.according to constantine a christian cross appeared to him with the explanation"fight with this sign".he subsequently told the soldiers to put cross on their shields .He subsequently won the battle and though the war had all odds against him. He then made religious changes to the empire with emphasis on christianity.
2.) the fall of the roman empire and christianity revolution by constantine had quite long time lapse though the christianity borught some disruption in the roman empire as for example ,a few the royal romans refused to accept it .So,it cannot be pointed out that christinaity led to fall of roman empire.
