The procedure of the annual reappointment of our ten sanatorium committees is well underway. The next is an replace on the development made to this point and the work but to be accomplished:
the manager of staff has telephoned each person chosen to chair a committee, and i've despatched every of them a follow-up email of thanks from the chief.
i have written e-mails to all physicians who are currently on committees however will not be being reappointed, informing them of the actual fact.
i've written e-mails to all physicians being requested to serve on committees.
i've given a deadline of the 15th of next month to receive replies from those physicians declining the appointment.
as soon as the committee assignments had been completed, i'll create the membership lists of all committees and e-mail them to the entire medical employees.
The medical institution employees has been very cooperative and i currently see no challenge in having the mission accomplished via the scheduled date of July 25.
