1. Saudi Arabia has a culture of high context. The people there make decisions and act based on contextual situations and have more importance in basic values and background history. Personal negotiation works more than the paperwork of legal formalities. Saudi nationals cannot be brought to work with pressure or conflicting attitude. They do not like to be put up into an uncomfortable situation. They work in situations which give them space and liberty and ease and interest in work. They seek to be respected and valued and to avoid situations that lead to conflict or confrontation. They follow Islam strictly and be it professional or personal grounds, they act and respond on everything based on the Islamic principles.

2. If a North America or Europe company considers an establishment in Saudi Arabia, the office will comprise of expats, the visa, housing and travel to hometown expenses of each will be borne by the company. Also with the local employees following Islam strictly, they will pray five times a day for which giving them breaks during work is obligatory. Also, their festivals account for long holidays of 7-10 days. The month of Ramadan mostly work is slow or closed as offices work for half day for these Muslim employees.
