I need help with Mastering Physics, I really don't like this website, It's asking me to use scientific notation (I think) and provide commas, I obviously have the right answer since it isn't taking away points but, how do I convert this. If you could provide details on how I do put commas in this, that would be amazing (picture attached)

If you think you need more information I guess I could provide an entire screen cap but I honestly have no idea what I'm doing the entire time I'm on this website. It's a terrible medium for homework.

Find the change in volume of the metal tank delta v1 and that of the ethanol in it, delta v1. Express your answers in liters separated by a comma.

It looks like Mastering Physics wants two answers, one for the change in volume of the metal tank and the other for the change in volume of the ethanol tank. So, you would just separate these two answers with a comma.
