Hi, the error states that locale.h [Header File] is missing at the file location mentioned in hyperlink, and because of which the Compilation Process is terminated.

You need to put this file "locale.h" in the /include/c++ folder so that clocale can reference it at line 42. If you can open clocale file you will find at line no 42, column 10 its trying to refer to "locale.h" file, which is absent in the directory and hence the compilation is failing in Netbeans.
