when client ask Steve to build new web Sites - Stive have impressed with his work of Art and skill , but Unethically he had included his personal things into subject i.e, Already he is getting paid for his skill by the Company .but only the Reason that he is going to buy new car he Demand More Money which is unethical .

Case 2 )

My Opinon on this is , when my Manager Ask me to Reserch about   four new learning management systems

I will study each model / systems and prepare advatages and dis - advantages of each model .

As mentioned 1 system is HostedOff Site - means , all our data are sharing with them or all data stored in there site and ww will work on it . in this case there is lack of privacy .

So suggest to the Commite to Go for any of the Model in 3 which are not Hosted off site .commite will deside according to the Procs and cons.

case 3) in this scenario , Before Sarting of the Project i ask the Project Planning Commite to Evolute the Upcommming Project and to Evolute the Budget for Next 5- 10 Yers . So accoding to the Report from the Planning Commite i will Take the Approvel . Are else what i do is to increase the Increase the Cost of Project Outcome to Balance .

Case 4 ) Planning Plays a Vital Roal in the Project

Before Starting the Project , the Planning Commite will Estimate the Budget , Workmen/ Employees Requires , Time , Etc ..
