Different challenges involved in implementing the ERP software:

Challenges that I have faced:

Initially it takes much time to find the better ERP software from the market, because there are lot of excellent software available. We have analysed different software’s by forming different teams and end up in a short description of their recommended projects. Everyone is stronger in their point. It is very difficult to point out the exact one needed. In cost wise it is more costly and they need maintenance charge for every certain period that has to be provided by our management. Proper training is needed for our employees to use the ERP system effectively so, that needs some time and also needs financial adjustment and change in the current progress.

Moreover we have to make it believe our management above the benefits from the ERP system after implementing it. For that we have to create power point presentations to explain the features and benefits that ERP will bring to our company in future. This not an easier task and our superior powers will consume long time to decide to continue this process or not.

Benefits in implementing ERP:

It sets up product messaging consistency

No more confusion with the prices of the product.

Reward points can be allocated for the regular customers.

Used in the prediction of the demand
