Inside out approach is conducting business with the belief that an organizations' inner strengths and capabilities will results in success if managed and employed in efficient manner and create better future wherer as outside in approach consider tha it is customer value creation that will bring success and hence will make future better.

Various strategies and operations of inside out based business always try to figure out how they have regressed or progressed in recent years, they do their operations and take decisions on basis of at what they are good, or what they can do beter than others and what they love to do and what they represent and in doing so how can they utilize their competencies and leverage their strengths. OS it s about first looig in and then thinking how to align what is inside to the outside environment so that after aligning with customer instinct success can be achived.

Depending upon what they ask for such businesses then build their capabilities and competencies and form and implement their strategoes and operations.
