The servant leader is highly ethical, high emotions for poor people, high respect for people, hard working, higher commitments, high flexibility etc. he will try his best to support the people to the extent possible. The empowerment will result in high business results; he will be right candidate for creating value for the company.

The servant leader will result in high performance and growth for the organization and people. He will be key instrumental in high performance of the organization. He will help in creating better environment in the organization. He will develop the culture of faith and high ethical standards, people will be seen him as role model and will try to follow him.
