A) At the time of studies the biggest motivator was competition with friends who got more grades by studying less than me. Whenever I got results and was trailed behind friends in grades that motivated me to work hard on studies. The thing that get me demotivated to study was laziness to study lengthy books and lack of concentration in it.
Fear was not a factor of motivation anytime in my life during studies.
B) In job the employer did offered me monetary rewards to motivate me considering my good performance and in need of more good performance from me they did it, and yet it was efficient to motivate me to work more and work hard.
