Most people have a blend of leadership styles that they use. Some leaders are more flexible in applying a wide range of leadership styles, whereas others are more consistent and generally use just one or two preferred behaviors. Consider if two strong individuals begin a new company and discuss the following:

If two diverse individuals, each having a different leadership style, were tasked with effectively co-leading an organization, what potential conflicts might occur between these different leadership styles?

Ans - If the diverse individuals, each having a different leadership style, were tasked with effectively co-leading an organisation then there might occur some conflicts as both individual have their on thought process and approaches but there might not occur conflicts as they might with mutual understanding with their employees work as they both want success of their organisation and while doing so there will be a great performance of their organisation at individual level .

As I said above every person has their own quality own thought process and own opinions and if a person is a leader he must had that quality due to which he became one and a good leader always inspire the persons he is working with and the persons working around the leader with good qualities will also feel commited to their goals and will surely try to achieve them which will automatically be shown in their performance and thus leading to a great organizational culture.

If the two leaders come together to work then being positive I think there will be a perfect blend of their leadership qualities they possess to work most effectively and may thrive while do so. Thus gaining success for their organisation.
