I will keep myself ready for my job duties with ABC project Ltd at California. I am a resident of Mexico City. I am a graduate in marketing management.
As, I was trainee marketing executive so i will have to take the following steps to adjust myself with this golden opportunity:
1) Identifying my key requirements and belongingness:
I will collect my offer letter and then all the documents necessary to join the post. Apart from this, I will seek my fooding and lodging requirements with the company office. If, it will be given by them then reporting address will be asked by HR of the company. I will go there before two days ago to arrange the room, fooding and site of the work.
2) To arrange the professional materials for office and work assignments:
I will collect my clothing’s especially formal shoe, shirts and trousers etc. If, laptop will be required then i will arrange the same. Apart from this, I will make a proposed list of clients to visit once join will be done.
3) Meeting with family friends, parents and close friends will be attended by me:
To be emotionally strong, it is required a good blessings from the close one and well-wishers.
4) Ticket booking for journey and status of bank accounts will be checked:
It will be done by me through online flight booking system, train or any other possible mode of journey. Even, i will check my bank account and take necessary statements.
5) Social media updates:
Once, I will reach and join then I will update my accounts on twitter, face book etc. It will be required to social gathering can be possible with nearby friends. Even, any sales and marketing opportunities might be get .
