As Development administration focuses to such governance model which brings freedom and joy to the citizens of a country. It emphasizes on specific efforts to do the structural changes in the administrative planning, policy and actions to help the people beyond the boundaries of administration. Now, we shall highlight the 15 characteristics of development administration in the following points:
1) It focuses to bring freedom to the people across the world. This should be the motto of every country to provide freedom at every sense to the citizens. It will boost the economic growth as people can show better innovation and product offerings.
2) It aims to help the citizens beyond any strict policy to penalize. It will be bring confidence to people even risky task in the society which will bring development. For example: If, people will stop working in the factories then who will work.

When, Govt will hire officers who have qualities to manage the things then they well performed in the company and it will contribute in higher productivity.
