Yes , i am agree with the text and its given argument . It will be beneficial to have people who have practice to critical thinking. It helps in resolving the complex business problems. It can utilized to implement a system of open communication and a place where people set out of box thinking to innovate and aspire to achieve competitive advantage in the marketplace .

For example : Uber Technology , amazon etc. have people who created such a platform by critical thinking that they have established them as leader in the respective industry .

In other words , we can say that every person who brings the concepts of mission, vision , brand logo , tagline and message to aspire customers can be seen under people having critical thinking abilities .
