Known for his books "Shop Management", and, "The Principles of Scientific Management". His ideas determined the most efficient means of determining job processes. This would reward employees for their productivity, and, hard work. Employees should continue to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality. This approach to motivation is known as Scientific Management Theory.
