A team cannot be successful if it will face the following critical aspects as per given image:
1) High investigation, it will not motivate team members to take even the small decisions.
2) Types of team formation and its goals are also responsible for team success or failure.
For example: A technical goal or work can only be successfully done by experts in technologies and if incompetent people will be hired then success will not achieve.
3) Team size, a balance size will do work efficiently otherwise role clashes and ambiguity might lowered the performance.
4) Work cycles should be wisely established otherwise members will not contribute significantly. It will also be a reason for failure.
As a team leader, I will motivate people as per the ability and diversity of the members. I will set some clear cut expectations from them so that people know their responsibility and do great task. I will give freedom to the members so that they can do self driven task accomplishments.
The role of conscious culture can be understood as it promotes love, care, respect, mutual cooperation and co-existence of team members along with its stakeholders. As a leader, I will practice this great way to line up my followers. I will motivate them to bring cohesion in team structure. We shall create an environment which give feeling like a family .
