PROJECT SUMMARY

Efficient Solutions private limited is a manufacturer of high end backpacks with built in refrigerated storage and radio modules. It seeks to the same to the United States Army, Ground Forces and Special Operations.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes designing, development/production and delivery of the backpacks. Specific deliverables and milestones will be listed in further mentioned sections .

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The period of performance for Efficient Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is from September 1, 2015 to March 1, 2017 . All work must be scheduled to complete within this timeframe. Any modifications or extensions will be requested through advisers from US Army Utilities Departmnet for review and discussion.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

The manufcturing of the backpacks would be performed in the own facility of Efficient Solutions Private Limited.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

For efficient Solutions Pvt. Ltd. the acceptance of all deliverables is to performed by the VP of the Utilities Division of the United States Army. The VP of the Utilities Division of the United States Army willl maintain a team of four advisors who would evaluate each project phase as mentioned in work requirements and would approve the same for shifting to the next phase.

Once all project tasks have completed, a project closure and checklist with the VP of the Utilities Division of the United States Army and an acceptance would be requested showing acceptance of all deliverables and that efficient solutions pvt ltd. has compleated all the alloted tasks.
