Explanation / Answer

A - Researchers should have to notify the top management of the company and make sure that top management don't launch thier product in market. The product is defective and can even cause death to people so he should have to inform the related agency and company and save the innocent customers.

B - If researcher give nod to product and let the company launch the product in market, that would be considered as ethical misconduct as to thier knowledge they launched the product and put the customers in harms way.

C - This would be also be an unethical act as the first research showed that it can cause even death to people, with this information the second attempt to try it on different patients would be inhuman act and against the ethics and immorale act. Certain steps should not be allowed again.
