a). Motivated employees are key in a retail business.

b). Retaining the employees is important for business objectives.

c). Training and grroming the employees is key for the suceess of Starbucks.

The three key elements of HRM process that are critical to Starbucks success are Organisational culture, training & development and recruitment & retention.

The corporate offices position that sounds interesting to me is Manager- Permits and Licensing. The questions that would be wise to ask a potential candidate are:-

a). How quick you can develop interpersonal relation with people?

b). What do you know about regional culture or ethnicity?

c). What is your previous experience?

d). How would you fit yourself in starbucks culture?

e). What do you know about licensing?

A candidate should ask below questions:-

b). How much flexibility I would get to implement my ideas?
