the average cost per healthcare per individual in US is drastically increasing year on year. Hence to overcome this, the contribution from each individual must be increase with some proportionate, as part of this only the government is increasing the collections from people of US. hence, there is no doubt about that the amount paid by the policy holder is going to be use for their beneficiaries only.
