Your immediate supervisor is interested in using experimentation and observation research techniques in researching this problem and requests that you prepare a presentation to educate him on these methods. You are unsure whether using these techniques would be adequate, but you set yourself on a mission to analyze the two research methods to provide him with the best information.

Compile a PowerPoint with your analysis of experimentation and observation as they apply to your company and/or discipline. In your PowerPoint, be sure to address the following questions/topics:

1. Observational methods include conducting survey after designing a questionnaire for a selected sample group without trying to influence the group.

Experimentation method includes forming several groups and giving different treatment to each group and analyse the effectiveness of the treatment on every group in order to conduct a research for the required data.

In my organisation in order to understand the implications of Management practices on the motivation of employees observation Method can be used by conducting a survey after designing a questionnaire regarding the level of motivation and implications of Management practices along with understanding their perception for the culture of the organisation.

Experimentation method is used in my organisation in order to study the effectiveness of training programmes conducted by dividing the group into two parts. One given is given technical training while another group is given training in communication skills and various other soft skills. After a week time, their productivity and performance review is conducted in order to measure the key parameter that can influence the performance of an employee.
