1. The coaches should be advised that the drug test is a part of the compliance procedures and policies. It is applied unanimously to ll teams and does not differentiate coaches on the basis of experience or payscale.The coaches should be first made to overcome any inferiority complex being built in the societal norms. Then post that, they should be made aware that there is no bias or favoritism involved when compliance is involved.

2. The application procedure should be communicated well in advance, before the application is filed by the applicant. This would avoid, any dissatisfaction at a later stage after qualification on the merit criteria. Also the authorities can look at the emans of creating a certain fixed number of roles for residents outside of Rolling Hills, similar on the lines of domicile.
