1- I am the structure of training program in my FM station and I share interpersonal linkage with one of my training as he is showing reluctance to understand or to co-operate in the training program.

Interpersonal linkage can be for the described as follows

By showing different connections to different people which can provide you and authority among your network of friend as well as supporters can be defined as an interpersonal linkage power currency. With specific factor gifts and advantage by Linking yourself to a powerful authority or some beneficial term that can be directly authoritative towards your friends as well as connection. By making a connection for them I can easily gain power over them.

2- In this relationship the bank account is black as I have enough emotional currency to spend.

3- Creating better communication would be the most appropriate approach of building a strong relationship with that person. By using excellent communication skills you can easily gain interpersonal relationships through your actions with other people. Using communication as a power currency is a very beneficial tool and can be done via proper communication skills. Asking and clearing out the thing with other people regarding their issues as well as showing authority over the same is a part of communication skills where it can be used as a power currency.  

4- A project manager is the base of the project and handles all the problems as well as providing the solutions for specific project. From managing the finances to the team management as well as going through the different aspects of the project is a project manager job.
