1. MIS efficiency metrics measure the performance of MIS itself such as transaction speed, system availablity and throughput where as MIS effectiveness metrics measures the impact of business processes and the activities which emphasise on customer conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
we will use during the benchmarking of the process while continuously measuring the process system to compare with the optimal system performance and to identify the steps and procedures to improve system performance.
2.critical success factor (CSF) is the management term that used in business to achieve the targeted objective as focus on the critical factors those are solely responsible of the success of the business. where as key performance indicator (KPI ) is the measurable value that how organization use effectively to achieve the key business objectives and high level KPI focus on overall performance of the organization.
3. supply chain metrics includes procurement, production, transportation, warehousing, inventory, material handling, packing and customer services etc. so in each step the metrics are measured to see the correctness of the activities and supply chain management performance. perfect order measurement is one example of metrics in procurement increases the performance in procurement.
Customer relationship management metrics are helping the organization to find the best way to satisfy the customers and manage them in effectve way which includes operatinal metrics related to sales, marketing and services to find the prospect customers, create new customers and to retain all the customers

Ethics is the principles and guidelines that is followed by individuals and group of individuals in the work place. business ethics deals with the right and wrong behaviour in the particular business. it is important for the company as different professionals are working in the compant for which they have to maintain professional ethics and personal ethics. also organizatioanl ethics will be obeyed to find the boudaries of rules and regulations becoming the guidelines for the employees.
5. Privacy related to the person having some own self respect of hiding some personal facts which they are not interested to make it publicly. where as confidentiality deals with the secretes of the organisation which we have to keep confidence from the outsiders. Keeping or maintaining confidentiality is coming under professional ethics as well as organizational ethics but maintaining privacy is our personal ethics.
6.pirated software is the illegal copying of software for distribution to make a profitable business, which is a crime as per the law. where as counterfeit software is the illegal copying and distribution of commercial software on CD or DVD along with accompanying mannuals that the original software is beinh sold with this.
