Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to request funding for my study on topic : Work life balance as a sociological concern. Please, let me take a few minutes to describe about my project and research design.
Research Design : The research design under taken for this study will be descriptive one. The methodology involved in this design is mostly qualitative in a nature.
Objectives of Study :
a. To find out the impact of work life balance of employees on the sociological concerns.
b. To know the mentality of employees towards the work.
c. To understand importance of work life balance and its effectiveness towards sociological life of the employees.
As we know, inadequate work life balance can negatively impact employees social, mental, psychological life, therefore this study is carried out for bringing phenomenal changes in their life which will also heavily impact a society.
My intention in writing this letter is to ask for grand for this study so that it can be carried out. More importantly, the results obtained from this study will positively contribute sociological department as it defines most important as well as less considered topic such as work life of the employees.
