During the lecture we had discussed how to position any organization into the digital transformation quadrant (Beginners, Fashionists, Digital Master, and Conservatives). The two critical parameters were considered:

Explanation / Answer
My company is a telecommunication company providing repair and refurbishment of telecom equipment’s, installation, operations and maintenance and overall telecom related services. We do repair refurbishment for all kind of telecom equipment’s both onsite and offsite. We also do telecom implementation pan India where ever we do installation and commissioning. We are strong in both digital and leadership capabilities. We focus on growth through change and innovation and make use of high technology to be called as digital master in the market. My company do not only have telecom vertical, rather we also provide IT software and Hardware as well as Mobile services. My organization is a digital master. We have achieved the highest level that is Digital Master by working effectively on both digital and leadership capabilities. My organisation is already a digital master. If it would not be like this, I would suggest that more focus should be given to enhance leadership goals accompanied with technological innovation in the company.
