Explanation / Answer

1. Deutsch- Advertising and Digital marketing

McDonalds (Food Product based company)- Branding

Gatorade (Sports beverage product based company)- Branding

Razorfish (Media & Developement )- Media & Digital Marketing.

2.  Deutsch- Company should have plan for more creativity with its advertising. they should use advanced technology to compete in market. They should have plan for more business in every year and provide experice to customer with their service.

McDonalds- McDonals already has big food chain all over the world. They should have plan more variety of food product so that customers have multiple option to choose. As McDonalds spreads from metro city to small scale city so customer wants it can be accessible even in small towns and can online order easily everywhere in the country.

Gatorade- Customer want variety of product with multiple price ranges so option should be available. Though this product is energy dring so that its price is higher than normal soft drink. Typical customer want similar price compare to other soft drink.

Razorfish- Company should provide better web & media advertisements with advanced technoloy. Its customer has more expectation of world class technology from Razorfish.

3. All four companies have their different target segment and age segment in which they are working. All the companies know much about their target and got sucess in achieving it in past few years.

5. what they can do better ?

Deutsch- though this is multi disciplinary advertising company so it can get business in multiple profiles or fields. It has the opportunity to provide better service in multiple segment and get profit on large scale.

McDoanls- As stated above they are one of the leading food chain with world class strategic plan and trained workforce. It is famous for its unique recipe and reasonable product with easy customer access. They need to increase the workforce to spread in small towns for convenient access to its customer.

Getorade- They are targeting to young generation age between 15-35 yr. It has the uniqueness in its product so that customer will attract towards the beverage product. They should be more productive and sell their product compare to less price to increase number of customers.

Razorfish- Its time to use advanced to advanced technology compare to its competitor. So it advice to work with core competency to benefits & remain in market to longer time.
