1. Alyssa Web can submit her written complaint to University Dean office of the student or Equal Opportunity Office against the discrimination against her. Submission of written complaint to respective office will lead to investigation as per University procedures which may take minimum three months as per the University rules and policies.
2. There are laws in United States which protect public employees who act as Whistleblower against the violation of environmental laws by employers. Misconduct is defined as any behavior which severely impacts the relationship between employee and employer and is violation of company rules and policy.
