BI(business intelligence) is a information system technique which can be used to store, format, sort the random data into useful information for the business executives to make decisions.it also helps the managers or other business executive to analyze the data so that important decisons can be made.
now we comes to the points-
1- FIVE PROMINENT METHODS USED FOR ANALYSING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE-
* MAKE THE DATA DIAGRAMMATIC OR VISUAL-
from this point we can say that when the data is vast & difficult to analyse then data analytics used this method to make that data into the forms of charts or tables or other sort of daigrams which can be easily understood by others.
* DATA RETENTION-
it means that when people are getting some difficulties to find the information for any person or place or product,then they can search the database to retain the information in the past record to clear the doubts.it can be said as data mining.
*REPORT FORMATION-
in today's business scenario or other private sectors where data is the basic need of the busniess then report making is the best method to solve a problem & making the decisions on the basis of that report,beacuse report is the document where the raw or fresh data can be presented in such a way that can be understood in no time.
* TREND ANALYSIS-
trend means something is changed with respect of time,by using this method what we do, is we select past data on any topic like sales, product launch etc. to make decisions for future time.it sure does not give the true picture of future but it definitly show the direction to go.
*ANALYSIS BY USING STATISTICAL METHODS-
this method is manily used by government sectors where data is recorded on country level basis like census calculation etc.

TO MAKE A GOOD & ATTRACTIVE FORM FOLLOWING GUIDELINES SHOULD BE FOLLOWED-
FORM THE FIRST POINT, i want to say that the form should be made in such a way that people can understand every point printed in the form like headings, instructions, captions, comments etc .they don't need to put a lot of effort to fill that form.
FROM SECOND POINT, i want to say that form shoul fulfiill the overall objective for what it made.for example if the form is made to know the data of past year sales or customer responses to the new product then it should reflect in the form to the executives to make decisions.
FROM THE THIRD POINT,i want to say that while making a form the design of the form should be deceided by the system analyst like flat form, non carbon required paper(NCR),omr form etc.
FROM THE FOURTH POINT, i want to say that, the form should be appealing in nature it should not dis comfort the people while filling the responses.
3- TECHNIQUES USED TO MAKE FORMS EASY TO COMPLETE-
ACCORDING TO ME, techniques are used to fill a form complete is basiclly for reducing the time to fill and make it effortless for the respondents so, following techniques can be used-
*direction to fill the form- it should be specified in the form to which direction form should be filled like top to botytom or left to right.
*drafting sections- by drafting sections into the form it makes easier for the respondent to fill in the information like- heading section, main body section, instruction section or comment section etc.
* make clear captions into the form- while making form it is essential to create captions in the form which makes it easier to fill in the form. for example- line caption, box caption or table caption etc.
