You must discuss the statistical analysis of your results with me before you attempt to do this test (5 pts). You are going to determine whether there is a significant difference between your different treatments. You may also need to compare the control in each treatment to the other dishes, pots (whatever your experimental unit is). For this you need an unpaired t-test, which is a comparison of two means. The following are some general guidelines; however, there may be some differences depending on your experimental design.
Determine the number of germinated seeds in each pot (or whatever the dependent variable is in your case). The sample size (n) is the number of pots you use in each treatment.
