yes! there are the combination! the combination of better officials and sencere workforce may lead to the best for the organisation
negative organisation behaviour in certain situation can be analysed as the attitude of higher officials, the lack of temperament and lack of co ordination in the team.
yeah! ofcourse you can convert theese behaviour into positive ones by proper ghuidanc and positive attitude.Also, the work needs to be doen but with team effort every thing is possible!
