This is not permissible

Youth of 14 years and 15 years are allowed to work but under the following conditions

1) 3 hours on a school day.( she voilates this by working 8 hours )

2) 18 hours in a week. ( she works 24 hours again voilating the law )

3) 8 hours on a non school day.

4) 40 hours on a non school week

5) between 7 am and 7pm( she works past 7pm voilating the law )


Hence law 1), 2) and 5) are voilated and hence is not permissible
