Some big picture items would be finding and renting a building, renters, business,food handler’s documents/ insurance paperwork. Building permits as well asreconstruction permits will need to be obtained. Inspections from various agencies, afew being the city as well as The Health Department.Contractor’s agreements andpaper work will need to be obtained; these documents would include contractor’slicense and insurance paperwork. Equipment and décor will also be purchased .
