I used the point method evaluation technique because I know that the Whole Foods Inc.
is a big company and there are a lot of different jobs in the firm. The compensable factor
I used based on the common factors and what I think is most important to the company.
I rated each factor with it's important to the job. Before making the point method I tried
to apply the ranking technique, which gave me a good view of what the structure is
going to be.
The job descriptions in the case was so helpful, it shows the important of each job, what
is the job about, and it gave me the degree for each job. Levels of responsibilities are
showing also. Job description also helps me to know skills needed for the job.
