Education is necessary inorder to upskill umployees, to direct them according to the dyanics of business and market. Inorder to achive this based on the position/level/bands trainings to be planned ( for eg: negotiation, communication skill training for employees in marketing,sales or customer front roles) Also leadership program level training for budding managers, software and data analytics training which helps employees to automate their routine job activities, making them more productive, error free etc. Data analytics also enables them to bring better insights about various aspects of busines. Telecommute softwares helps employees to communicate therough softwares and online calls which doesnt requires physical presence or a meeting room. This can also reduce overhead cost while compared to the normal meetings. This can also reduce thier overall turnaround time. Education emebedded with technology makes employees to work more smarter and to achieve their goals and objectives through systematic way. Colloborative work space requires more technology use which bridges the gap between various channels, provide streamline flows in data and information, improves transparency.
