1. a) In the theatre there is always a possibility that something unique will happen: a mistake, an accident, or, on the other hand, an inspiration that lifts the performance to new heights. Have you ever been present at such an event? What was the audience's reaction?

2. What are the advantages of reading or listening to reviews and criticism before going to a performance? What are the advantages of waiting until after a performance to read or hear criticism?

1.
a) The event has been presented to me in a laughter show. One of the mistakes that have been done by an artist, the artist has forgotten and misplaced the dialogues. The audience started laughing at him instantly but he manages as it was a laughter show nothing too wrong has happened. The artist carefully manages with an art to make the audience more laughing at his jokes and silly talks.
b) The etiquette is the good manners or protocols which are generally followed in a theater especially during the interaction with the audience. As audience makes the show successful and complete, so the good discipline is maintained in the theater so that the audience visits again. With the artist who is entertaining also needs to be equally coordinated with the audience in both the ways as both needs an equal respect. A protocol has to be maintained in the theater to rise up the status with a great height and meet all heights of entertainment.

Before going for the performance it is necessary to check the reviews it will boost the performance level higher as from the reviews the area necessary for improvement is generally highlighted and simultaneously changes can be made gradually for preventing any criticism after the performance.
It is as same as before reading about the criticism; if it is read after the performance then it will help the performer to get the ideas for further changes in the next level of performing any act. This will make the next performance even better than it was previously done. The only advantage is that you may get a long time for the next performance to improve your performing styles and create the new methods to entertain the audiences.
