Analyze how the organization could benefit from using the systems development life cycle (SDLC), and what type of projects within the organization could benefit from this process.
Evaluate the phases of business continuity planning as they relate to the organization and make recommendations on improvements.
Analyze how the organization could use emerging trends such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cell phones, and RFID to remain competitive in the future.
Evaluate the organization's measures to ensure that information is protected and free from security vulnerabilities. Recommend any improvements to their system.
Your audit should be ten pages in length and encompass your knowledge from all modules of the course. Support your argument with at least five credible, outside sources. Remember to use proper citations and references, and adhere to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements. The Library is a good place to find these sources. According to Michael E.Poter the organization is impacted by the industrys environment that consists of five forces.These include:
1)Competition from rivals:
This force explains the intensity of competitors present and the competition that is offered by the rivals.If perfect markets are present,then the competitive rivarly will be high.Thus when they are few business in a particular sector then the competition attacks will be high.so the new entract or any old firm acuistion by sn organization should take this into accout.
2)Bargsing power of suppliers:When entering into a sector it needs to be considered with the number of suppliers present in a matket.if suppliers are high then the threat will be less.if suppliers are less then the supplier has highest power and chouce when compated to producer.when suppliers are less the raw material cost and time of delivery of rawmaterial are affected.
3)Bargaing power of customers:The customers demand for more when more number of sellers in similar market are present.This enables low switching cost for customer.
4)Threat of new entants:It enables to check how easy is it look for yhe new entant to enter a market.number of competitiors,cost advantage and econmies of scale like factors are taken into account.
5)Threat of substitute products:This force checks for how easy it for the consumer to shift towards substitute products available.
