I will take the team out dinner or lunch on accomplishment of goal. Also, the individual performance appraisal will be directly linked to work which will help to drive efficiency
I will have quarterly review with team members as it is very crucial to give feedback at the right time. It will also them to nourish and improve over time. I will encourage open communication and will seek feedback from subordinates to improve the process and make it productive.
