From the above pasteed materials, I could understand the below question, hence answering the question.

Question: When you communicating with another person, are you aware of whether that person is really listening? How can you tell ?

Answer : When we communicate with other person, we can easily understand whether that person is listening to us or not. This we can interprete from the body language and facial expression of the person whom we are talking.

So by understanding the facial impression, concentration of the person, listening our points carefully are the point which can help us to judge whether the person is really listening to us or not. By carefull understanding the these points one can easily came to know that person has listened or not listened.

For further cross checking, we can ask some qustions or information from the listening person, to ensure that the person's concentration is towards us ans he is focusing us for listening to our topics.

So far a communication process, it is very essential that the message what we have delivered is being understood by the target audience and they are able to make the required interpretation from it for their benefits. Thus by knwoing the body langugages and concentration of audiences towards the speaker, we can make impression that whether the audience has carefully listened the subject or they have ignored the subject.
