Answer-2 GSK believe that their employees must be with them to win over this conflict & can promote the drugs by word of mouth or by giving proper attention in making of that product so that their sales could increase. Employees must give their 100% in promoting the products in an efficient & effective way. Employees must give complete focus on the production of the drugs & ensures that drugs must meet the quality of the drugs so sales figures may go up.
Answer-3 GSK must motivate their employees & customers by channelizing the schemes to promote the drugs like to run the incentive program based on certain parameters & which definitely motivate the employees & customers.
