Responsibilities

The role is an entry level role and the candidate hired need to assist the Senior System Analysts on the projects assigned. System Analyst needs to support pc hardware, software and system peripherals and ensure the systems work properly by performing the maintenance on the systems through routine checkups. System Analyst should ensure that the software is up to date and perform the installation and functional testing whenever needed. They need to do the trouble shooting and repair activities to fix any faults that may arise on the systems and need to work with the seniors if not solved. Need to maintain the data on maintenance performed and the pending maintenance actions and send a report to the management on weekly basis.
