Ans1. The problem faced in swim up pool frank was that the biys wanted to build a pool bar which needed building permit as the structure was going to be installed from below ground level . On application of the permit the inspector had come for survey and found an issue for which the building permit could not be granted.

Ans2. Options in front of Jhon:

Ans1. In the above case jhon wanted to build a pool bar for which the structure had to build from below ground level. Since a renovation was under process jhon required the building permit. on inspection of the place and blueprints the inspector found problems due to which he could not give the work permit to jhon. Jhon wanted the building permit and was wiling to bribe the inspector inorder to receive the same. he was trying to accomplish his need for pool bar by illegal and unethical means which could have severe consiquences if went south.

Ans2. Jhon is trying to acomplish building a structure which does not have legal building permit and wishes to acquire the same by bribeing the inspector. The deed which is he is trying to do is illegal and unethical in all means. here jhon is violating ethical principles like Accountability, concern for others, honesty etc. creating a structure which is not permited can lead to dangerous situations; bribing a goverment official is a crime in itself and can lead to staining his reputation.

Ans3. The possible decision options are as follows:

Ans4. The loyalties belong to himself only and not towards the concern of others. here jhon is having a mayopic sight where is he only concerned with his form of entertainment by building the pool bar in any means possible overlooking the safety concerns of himself and others.
