Explanation / Answer
1. Vision : To be the most preferred choice for employers for quality human resources, through adopting best practices and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
Mission : To create value for customers by providing them best recruitment and staffing services through high customer focus and commitment for exceeding their expectations.
2. To start with, sole proprietership will be the most suitable type for this kind of business, which can be transformed into partnership or corporation when the size of business grows significantly. The reason is the better control over the business in the initial stages and keeping the things easy to manage while focussing on the core business.
3. Franchise system is suitble when the individual needs to invest money in a venture which he has little knowledge about. The franchise of a big brand brings with it the already established best practices, sharing of risk of failure, brand name and subject matter expertise in addition to the already proven credentials in the market. The cons are limited control over the proceeding of the business and a small share of total profit as per sharing agreement making the gains moderate. Having core competency of the subject matter, it is not advisable to go for franchise, unless there are many segments which can not be tapped without the assistance of a brand.
4.For initial stages, a centralized structure is most appropriate to fecilitate better control and decision making. When the business grows in length and breadth, there may be decentralization of authorities to make the operations and decision making prompt and hassle free by providing limited powers to the subordinate members, who by then must have been conversant with nuances of business.
